When I was a child we all ate home-cooked meals that were nutrient dense. We had no cell phones and walked more. Video games? no way, we were outside playing in the fresh air and sunshine. No sunscreen to block the vitamin D3. Now people can barely walk from their car into a fast food joint. Well the dri-throughs don't help either.
